Is it compulsory to take a printout of the ticket?

It depends on the bus operator you have booked your ticket with. Even cTickets are available on BusNepal. For operators that support cTickets, Please show the SMS that is sent to your mobile at the time of boarding and you will be allowed to travel.
For operators that do not support cTickets it is a must to take a printout of the e-ticket and produce it at the time of boarding.
To know which operators are cTicket enabled, look for the cTicket icon under the cTicket column while searching for buses.

I've lost my ticket. How can I get it again ?

A copy of the ticket would have been sent to you by e-mail when you booked it. Please take a printout of that mail and show it at the time of boarding. If you have not received the ticket e-mail, please call any of our offices and our executive will re-send you a copy by mail.

Booking-related

I found request button while I search my route, What is this?

Seats for some of the buses are not  available with BusNepal.com. In such cases, it  will be  difficult to provide wanted seats from the bus operator. Therefore, if you see a request button, it’s recommended that you leave your contact details. Our executive will try to arrange a ticket for you. Alternately, you can call us and get live help from our executives.

What will be the charges for COD if I book return tickets?

If you book your return tickets before the onward ticket is dispatched, you will be charged only Rs. 50.

Is the Cash on Delivery service available across Nepal ?

Currently we have Cash on Delivery service only in Kathmandu.

I cannot see my area in the drop down list. How can I book the COD?

Do you deliver tickets on Saturdays?

No. Currently we deliverythe tickets 6 days in a week except  Saturdays.

Is my COD booking made on web a confirmed ticket?

Yes. You can get a confirmed COD ticket online provided you book at least 2 days in advance.

 How does the transaction appear on my account statement?

Transactions on BusNepal will appear as BusNepal.com, www.busnepal.com or CCavenue in your statement depending on the payment option that you had chosen.

How can I order a home delivery?

To order a home delivery, Please write in details in contact us form and send it or call at our office. Our executive will book a ticket for you and have it home delivered at your time convenient time. You can also order a home delivery online (except for same day travel).  We will call to confirm the details you have provided us and dispatch the ticket.
